How to Apply

Anyone who teaches junior or senior level English in a New Mexico public secondary school or who teaches freshmen or sophomore English at the University of New Mexico may participate in the NMETE. Teachers of secondary students who may be less prepared for or informed about college than other students are encouraged to apply. Teachers may participate during the fall or spring semester, as requested and as space permits.

High school teachers may email Erin Lebacqz, NMETE Coordinator at teacherx@unm.edu or print off the Word form and send it to:
